Top-Notch Custom Printing Services

There are four main types of applications used to customize T-shirts today. They are screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, and embroidery.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is an age-old process when it comes to designing your T-shirts. Screen printing uses screens as stencils to directly apply the ink onto the fabric of the shirt. A different screen is utilized for each color used in the design. The ink is absorbed and heat-cured for the longevity.

Screen printing is appropriate for larger orders, we require a minimum of 24 pieces for this process. It is easier and more cost-efficient to use screen printing to mass produce than digital printing.

DIGITAL PRINTING

The design for digital printing is fed from a computer to a machine similar to a normal printer, and the design is printed directly on the fabric. The customer can get a multiple color design without having a screen made for each color.

This process is best used for small orders; or when the design requires full color. We can imprint just one shirt utilizing this method. The process will not work on polyester or polyester blend shirts.

HEAT TRANSFER

Heat transfer preserves the color and detail in digital prints without limitations. The image is printed onto a transfer medium and applied with heat and pressure to adhere and absorb into the fabric. This technology can be used for low-quantity and is an excellent application for polyester and polyester blend fabrics (Sports Jerseys).

There is a wide range of products we can embroider for you! Polo shirts, fashion T-shirts, caps, beanies, towels, tote bags, blankets, and backpacks to name a few. The look of embroidery has a high-perceived value, and it gives a richer look to your product.

DIGITIZING

Digitizing is the process utilized to create the program that runs the embroidery machine. Our professional digitizer will review to determine if your design is appropriate for embroidery. Once determined it's good to go, the digitizing will be completed to replicate your design or logo.

Stitch count is what determines the cost. Stitch count is how many stitches it will take to replicate your logo or design. The number of stitches determines the run time of the equipment to complete the product. The more detailed the design, the more stitches it will have.

Can I do the digitizing myself? We have heard this question heard very often. It is a bit more complicated than one-click on a computer. There are online digitizers that charge less. However, keep in mind, the design is untested with no assurance of quality.

On all submitted digitizing, we charge a sample fee to test the quality before completing your order. A well-digitized design will enhance your logo and our professional digitizer can provide this service to ensure your satisfaction with the finished product.
